Weekly Update 24.5.24

Mrs Trotter (l.trotter) on: Maple Tree Class Blog

Hi,

Well, a busy half-term of residential trips, SATs and lots of hard work has come to an end with a day of 'Making the Rules' and a cricket tournament.

The bespoke class rule for Maple Tree Class, was to lead the Special Mention Assembly; the children did a fantastic job!

Next half-term, the children are looking forward to Bikeability, Ancient Greece drama workshop, transition days, Sports' Day, Leavers' Production, Grow a £5 and no doubt many more things that will be squeezed into our already jam-packed diary.

Time for a rest

Enjoy the break

Weekly Update 17.5.24

Mrs Trotter (l.trotter) on: Maple Tree Class Blog

A huge well done to the children in Year six! They completed their SATs this week with both a positive and mature attitude. The children have enjoyed a more relaxed end to the week and we have a number of lovely activities/events planned in the weeks ahead.

Also, a big thank you to all of the staff who have supported the children through this process and helped this week by providing breakfast each morning. It created a calm and purposeful atmosphere.

Letters have gone home regarding Leavers' Hoodies and Bikeability. Please can these be returned next week.

A relaxing weekend ahead for all of us!

Weekly Update 10.5.24

Hi,

Year 6 have been fantastic in their preparations for SATs next week and have enjoyed some great cricket games in the sunshine.

On Monday - Thursday, please can children arrive at the hall at around 8:30am each day so they can have some breakfast if they wish to.

A good night's sleep is the best preparation for each day.

Enjoy the lovely weather that is forecast for the weekend.

See you on Monday

Mrs Trotter
