Hello,
Busy times in school.....
Choir members in UKS2 have enjoyed several trips out to sing to the community this week.
In class, the children are now publishing their World War Two reports and we are completing our fractions maths unit.
Next week, the children are looking forward to their party, watching Goodnight Mr Tom, UKS2 netball tournament and performing to parents/carers on Tuesday morning. Please can children wear their World War Two costumes that they wore for the school trip in September. A white top/shirt and school trousers/skirt are also fine to wear.
Today, the children have enjoyed wearing their Christmas jumpers and having an early Christmas lunch.
Now time for a restful weekend ahead of the final hectic week of term.

Hi,
We have been busy working hard across all areas of the curriculum this week. Great vocabulary is being used in our World War Two reports, fractions are being multiplied and divided and the children have learnt about how plane construction in Yeadon impacted the outcome of World War Two.
In PSHE, the class have discussed the qualities of friendship and developed their understanding of the importance of listening skills.
And in other news.....
The class Christmas Tree appeared this week!
Have a great weekend and enjoy the Christmas Fayre!
