Lime Tree have had a good first week back at school following the October half term.
In English we have learnt to identify features of instructions are and have followed a set of instructions about how to make a Florence Nightingale lamp. Next week we will be writing our own set of instructions.
In maths, Year 1 have continued learning about addition and have started learning how to add by counting on using the number line. Year 2s have learnt how to add by making 10 (e.g. 8+5 = 10 + 3).
In computing we have begun learning about robots. The children enjoyed tinkering with BeeBots on Tuesday afternoon.
