Hi,
UKS2 enjoyed a fantastic trip to the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway this week. The children enjoyed learning about aspects of World War Two such as rationing and military tactics. The children also had the fantastic opportunity to ride on a steam train and became evacuees for the day. A long time in the planning, this bespoke experience will be used in many aspects of the curriculum such as history and English.
Photos to follow....
Have a nice weekend
